CyDen is an exciting and innovative company which competes in a global marketplace. Development, manufacturing and clinical trials are all done in-house at our state of the art premises in Swansea, South Wales. Flexible Working Hours
Flexible working is accommodated in the majority of our departments. You will be able to choose from starting early or later and even from compressed working hours enabling you to finish at lunch time every Friday. Individual requests for flexible working outside of our offered patterns are always considered
Paid Time Off
At CyDen, employees enjoy 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays, with additional length of service days for those who have been with us for over 3 years.
Pension Contributions
CyDen makes 5% employer pension contributions, meaning that you only have to pay 3%. You can of course make additional contributions if you wish. If you want to maximise your tax advantage then you can make contributions using salary sacrifice
